Tom Wickes - President & Chief Operating Officer
Tom is a recognized expert in contractual risk transfer process development, and brings over two decades of leadership in insurance compliance management to his role at Ebix RCS. Prior to joining Ebix RCS, Tom spent 8 years with American Sterling Corporation as Vice President of Tracking Services, and 2 years at Safeco Select Insurance Services in the same capacity. Tom's experience, leadership, and vision have made Ebix RCS's National Support Center the standard of excellence and innovation for the insurance tracking industry.

Lee Roth - Vice President - Business Development
Leading the sales and marketing efforts for Ebix RCS, Lee is a veteran of the insurance and financial services industries. He has served as Ebix RCS' Vice President of business development since 1996. Over the years, Lee has written extensively about insurance certificate and risk transfer issues and has presented his expertise to numerous industry trade associations. Early career experience as an Insurance Underwriter, Product Manager, and auditor-CPA with a national accounting firm focusing on insurance companies, enables Lee to act as a consultant to assist new clients and existing clients to define the scope of work required to achieve their risk transfer objectives.

Rhonda Kerr - Vice President - Operations
Rhonda joined Ebix RCS in 2000 and is responsible for managing all of Ebix RCS' client service teams, making sure we are meeting and exceeding our service commitment to clients. Calling on her wealth of experience, Rhonda is known for her ability to quickly resolve complex issues and offer practical advice to clients. Prior to joining Ebix RCS, Rhonda spent many years working in operations management in both the insurance industry and retail sector.

Tony Duong – Vice President, Information Technology
Joining Ebix RCS in 2005, Tony is the newest member of the Ebix RCS management team. Tony brings 18 years of experience in IT management, application development, database administration, system integration and implementation, user help desk support, and project management. Tony held IT management positions in the Aerospace, Petroleum, and Environmental Health and Safety industries prior to joining Ebix RCS. His breath of leadership experience working with large corporations and municipalities helps Ebix RCS create system solutions that meet the real world needs of its clients.

Robert Rodriguez – Manager, IT development
Robert has worked in a number of IT management positions since joining Ebix RCS in 1999. Robert's current roll of managing Ebix RCS's IT development unit further strengthens Ebix RCS's commitment to take full advantage of emerging system technologies. Prior to joining Ebix RCS, Robert worked as a software engineer.

Kelly Aviles, - Manager, HR / Accounting
Kelly manages the Accounting and Human Resources functions for Ebix RCS, and is responsible for building a team of customer service associates responsible for serving our clients in a professional and personable manner. A previous career in the consumer goods industry as a team leader and district manager gives her an understanding of how a service organization succeeds only when it meets the expectations and aspirations of its customers. Kelly has been with Ebix RCS since 2000.

Julie Corral - Manager, New Client Implementations
Since joining Ebix RCS in 1996, Julie has served Ebix RCS and its clients in a variety of management roles. New clients benefit from Julie's expert advice and experience during the implementation stage of their relationship with Ebix RCS. During the implementation stage, Julie makes certain that all client requirements are met, and that all systems and reports function consistently.
